Paul, I liked the Eye Deeksha [at the One-Day Intensive]. Since it was through the eyes, it seemed to give an open pathway to the core levels. I thought it was a good day and everyone enjoyed getting extra Deekshas. I’m still noticing that it’s easier to make conscious changes when the emotions go in unpleasant directions. I also generally feel more comfortable in my skin and am able to enjoy more things.

Paul’s reply: Glad you enjoyed the Eye Deeksha at our last One-Day Intensive. You report an opening to core levels… Good. The Deeksha is working. Some have reported noticing a more intense experience [with Eye Deeksha] while others noticed nothing different from receiving regular Deeksha. We’re all different and we all have our own unique experience of the process… but it all works regardless! Becoming more conscious is a facet of the Deeksha process. Glad to hear that you’re more comfortable now and able to enjoy more things. I know you are prone to anxiety and panic attacks so this is very good news. Keep having more Deeksha to speed up the process. Thanks for sharing. Namaste.

Dearest Paul, Thank you (and Gene) for giving Deeksha to me in the beginning. That was so nice to be able to rest a good period before driving home, even though I don’t much remember the drive home. Every Deeksha has been different, I have no expectation. I remember while receiving one of the Deekshas, my entire body seemed to be smiling. Sweet! I do have mild headache today, just enough to remind me that my head is attached to my shoulders. Good to see you again, and thanks for all the love you bring to the world.

Paul’s reply: I know that you’re prone to headaches but they pass. Most will not have that experience. Glad you had a wonderful drive home. My first time driving after experiencing Deeksha was total serenity and what a Blessing! It was good to see you again and Gene say’s “Hi” too. Thanks for your thoughtful comments. Namaste.

Paul, I am having a lot of “dark” moments… is that normal?

Paul’s reply: It can happen. It’s just processing as you “let go” of the old to make room for “the new.” Keep good thoughts. It will pass. Namaste.

Paul, I read with interest that you have been very tired since the 15th (of August). Even though I’m not a Deeksha facilitator, I wonder if that’s what’s been going on with me. Right about the 15th, I started feeling so exhausted and wanted to sleep a lot. I could hardly work. Last week was AWFUL. I really wondered if I was sick. I had some random horse-ness in my throat, and some random achy-ness in my knees. I went to see my Chinese herbalist and he gave me some herbs to support my kidneys (Chi-life force generated here). They helped some, but I still found myself wanting to “power nap” a couple of times during the day, and was still heading to bed early and sleeping late. Today was the first day I haven’t napped in the afternoon (but I slept 10 hours last night). I just think it’s an interesting synchronicity. Maybe I really was (or still am) sick? What’s your feedback from others? Anyone else having these symptoms who aren’t facilitators, and who haven’t had Deeksha since before the 15th?

I keep thinking about the first Deeksha you gave me and I saw Bhagavan and Amma working on my crown Chakra. Maybe they did something so that I have a permanent link to them. Is that possible? Could I be getting Deeksha all the time without consciously asking for it from them?

Paul’s reply: It’s very interesting that you too have been so tired of late. I can’t say for sure if it’s the Deeksha or some other cause. It wouldn’t be out of line for that to happen from the increased Deeksha energy. I know from past experiences with you that you’re a person who is very sensitive to the Deeksha energy, so anything is possible. As of this writing, I’ve not heard back from others about this but perhaps others will respond to me via email about their own experiences.

When you receive Deeksha, since the transformative energy is coming directly from Sri Bhagavan and Sri Amma, (and not from but through me and the other Deeksha Providers) it would follow that you have a direct connection to Amma-Bhagavan. I know that Deeksha is being sent out (via Smarana Deeksha) 24/7, 365 days a year through Deeksha Providers all over the globe. It’s now time for us (as the human species) to change our thought patterns and to move to God-realization… The Golden Age… this is the purpose of Deeksha through the Oneness Movement worldwide.

Paul, I enjoyed it [Deeksha] very much. After the first night I slept the entire night, woke up the next morning very peaceful and calm. Same with the second visit. I will be back for more. We will have to talk some. Thank You for asking [how I’m doing].

Paul’s reply: I’m glad that you enjoyed your first and second Deeksha experiences. Lots of folks report sleeping better and waking to a more peaceful and calm day. And that’s just the beginning! Keep after it and get as much Deeksha as your heart tells you to get. You are always free to email me or call with any questions or comments that you may have. I enjoy helping people on their journey into The Oneness. Glad you’re on board! Namaste.

Hi Paul. I hope your week has gone well. I am okay… processing big time I think. Its tough sometimes but I am so thankful! I was so happy to hear you say at last weeks Deeksha that not only Deeksha Providers were influenced by the increased energy beginning on Amma’s birthday. I could barely get out of bed for almost two weeks. I was just tired all the time. After you said you had experienced the same thing and it was due to the increased energy and that it also affected people who had been receiving Deeksha it all made sense.

I have never felt so good physically as I do now. My energy is amazing. I am sorry that I will have to miss Deeksha this week and next week. Send some my way if you think of it. Thanks for being there… I’ll see you in two weeks.

Paul’s reply: Sometimes folks’ processing causes them to address old issues so that they can work past them. Of course, the goal there is to no longer be stuck in them! That’s not always the most pleasant of experiences but a necessary one to be able to move on to better things. And the good news is that the processing always passes… we don’t get stuck there… we just process and then move on. So… Think Good Thoughts! It will all move along when you’re ready so onwards and upwards!

I’ve since heard from several people who reported that they too had experienced a real drop in their energy levels during that time period… from not wanting to get out of bed to feeling drained all day, etc. This is all about energy work, after all. So no real surprises there! I’m glad that you feel so good now. Others are reporting feeling much better now too… lots more energy, getting back in the flow of things, etc.

I’m looking forward to seeing you again soon. Hang in there! Namaste.

Hi Paul, I had to giggle here… on occasion I have been starved after Deeksha and I have experienced the opposite also, not hungry at all for a couple of days. Interesting. Much Love…

Paul’s reply: When I received my first Deeksha last October in Santa Fe, for about two weeks I couldn’t eat much and I lost 16 pounds during that time! I was not trying to stop eating; it’s just that I would sit down and couldn’t eat much. I would end up leaving a lot of food on my plate. Just a small portion of food would satisfy me. I no longer desired to always be satiated when eating… satisfied was enough! That has since subsided and I would love to have it back! Everyone experiences their processing in their own way and in their own time. Thanks for your comments. Keep in touch and let me know if that continues or if something else is kicking in for you. Namaste.
